Can I order one sample board first?

Yes. unpluglife supports MOQ 1 sample orders for serious buyers who want to test riding performance, create product content, or validate local demand before wholesale orders.

Do you support OEM or private label orders?

Yes. Logo, color, deck graphics, packaging labels, manuals and fleet identity can be discussed from one sample unit. Logo setup is usually USD 150-300 depending on artwork difficulty.

Which models are best sellers?

EF03 e-foil and ES01 electric surfboard are the strongest first launch models. EFI01 is a lower entry-cost inflatable e-foil option, and KB water karts fit resort fleet projects.

Are shipping costs included?

No. Powered boards use lithium batteries and oversized cartons, so freight is quoted separately by destination, route, battery document requirement and order quantity.

What documents can you provide?

Available document references include CE, MSDS, UN38.3, waterproof/IP review files, packing data and design patent references, depending on model and order discussion.
