unpluglife supports buyers with practical after-sales review for factory-direct powered water sports products. Warranty handling depends on model, usage condition, order terms and inspection results.

Before shipment

We recommend confirming product model, color, logo, battery configuration, packing information and available documents before payment. Photos or videos can be used to confirm order details.

After delivery

If a product issue appears, please keep the packaging, take clear photos and videos, and contact us with the order number, model, serial information when available, and a short explanation of the issue.

Spare parts support

Common parts such as chargers, remotes, leashes, propellers, fins, foil sets, batteries and small hardware can be discussed case by case. For commercial fleets, we recommend planning spare parts before repeat supply.

Important note

Water sports products must be used responsibly. Damage caused by misuse, impact, unauthorized modification, incorrect charging, water ingress from improper handling, rental abuse or normal wear may not qualify for warranty replacement.
