unpluglife ships powered water sports products from China to global buyers. Because electric surfboards and e-foils include lithium batteries and oversized packages, shipping is quoted separately after we confirm the model, battery configuration, destination country, delivery address type and required documents.

Sample order shipping

For MOQ 1 orders, we quote freight after checking the exact destination and available battery shipping route. EF03 uses two cartons: board carton 182 x 78 x 23.5 cm and accessory carton 87 x 87 x 21.5 cm. ES01 uses a wooden export crate of 195 x 71 x 25 cm, gross weight about 87 kg.

Documents

For electric models, freight forwarders may request MSDS, UN38.3, CE references, packing list and battery information. We help prepare available document references before payment whenever possible.

Delivery timing

Transit time depends on destination, shipping method, route availability and customs clearance. We confirm the realistic route before final payment.
