Electric surfboards and eFoils require model-specific packing and a suitable lithium-battery shipping route. We confirm the details for your order before shipment.
Stock models
Non-customized models in stock can generally be dispatched within about 7 days after order and configuration confirmation. Check current availability and battery freight arrangements when ordering.
Custom orders
Logo, colour or other agreed customization receives a separate production schedule. Confirm artwork approval, quantities and the estimated dispatch date in writing.
Dispatch is not arrival
International transit depends on route availability, transport method, customs and the final delivery address. We provide a destination-specific estimate; the approximately seven-day stock dispatch target is not a worldwide arrival guarantee.

Battery transport & documents
Applicable UN38.3 references, MSDS, packing information and battery specifications are checked against the actual ordered equipment and route. Other conformity documents are provided according to their product and component scope.
Packaging dimensions and gross weight depend on the model and final packing list. Do not use another model's carton measurements to book freight.

Displayed USD prices are product retail prices. Your final quotation must identify freight, taxes, duties, destination charges and who is responsible for import clearance. Do not assume duty-paid delivery unless your written quote states it.
When your order arrives
Check the outer packaging and contents, photograph any visible damage, retain relevant packaging and notify us promptly with the order number and supporting images. Follow the supplied assembly, inspection and charging instructions before the first ride.
